"I love, love, LOVE Caveman Cafeteria. So much so that I crave their food and have to stalk their calendar to find the next location to get it. Their short ribs and kale cooked in coconut oil are the BOMB. I just heard they have brussel sprouts now too, so I'm going to have to check that out... Not to mention, these guys are super friendly and always give me a buck off for being a part of CrossFit. Eating healthy CAN taste good."

"Caveman Cafeteria is my favorite food truck in Denver! You will not find food that is better for you and your body anywhere. I began eating "clean" and paleo last year, and found that it was so difficult to find food trucks/restaurants that cooked food without alot of chemicals/additives/­grains and dairy. Thank God for Caveman Cafeteria... The meat melts in your mouth. The best breakfast I've had in awhile - a stack of tomatoes, eggs, avocado, bacon, and coconut kale -- incredible."

"I don't usually take the time to review things, but this is an exception. I was at the grand opening of Ruya Crossfit and these guys were catering for it.  I though the mobile kitchen idea was neat, but that was just the beginning...The entire staff was extremely friendly and laid back.  After asking for a recommendation, I had the beef short rib.  WOW.  This is easily the best thing I've eaten since moving to Boulder last June.  The most tender meat imaginable.  But wait! There's more! *in Billy Mays' voice* I'd never tried brussels in my entire life, and I always figured I just hated them.  WRONG.  Those things were so tasty that I swiped the rest of other chick's batch when she went to the bathroom. If you can catch this truck somewhere, be prepared to experience the edible awesome.  I recommend this place 100%"

"The food at the Caveman cafeteria is fantastic! Wagyu grass fed beef, the Bistro steak with marrow sauce is unbelievable!  I've paired it with the coconut kale and it was delicious. 
Their new item, caramelized Brussels sprouts, are the equal of any dish from a land locked restaurant.
Found them on Sunday at Mile High Spirits.  The Wagyu sliders went great with a Bloody Mary from the bar. Finally a great Paleo option in the city!"

"My Wife and I have been eating Paleo/Primal for over a year now. We were so excited to find a place to eat out that already fits the way we eat, but were doubly excited that the food is incredible. My favorite, so far, is the bistro steak with mushrooms is my favorite. The wings were good and so was the coconut kale. If I had to complain about something, I'd say I wish he could find a spot in the DTC, even if it was only once or twice a month. Even south Denver would work. Looking forward to checking out the bison chili."

"My husband surprised me one day by bringing me home some tasty treats when caveman cafeteria was visiting the gym that he works at....just thinking about it makes my mouth totally water.  i am a HUGE fan of sweet potato fries in general, but their sweet potato fries are out of this world! we also tried their coconut kale!  I would definitely recommend trying their food out, its not your typical food truck food. its pretty gourmet if you'd ask me:)  i am excited to try them out again!"
