Tonight we will not be at Mile High Spirits as usual on Saturday nights. We will be right up the street at 32nd & Larimer at Infinite Monkey Theorem, an urban winery. They are having an event for the Denver Cutthroats, and we’ll be set up in the back (you won’t see us outside). Come grab a drink of wine and some deliciousness!

FROM NOW UNTIL MIDNIGHT WED, JAN 30TH ALL PLEDGES ARE MATCHED!!

Our fundraiser to put a Paleo food stand on 16th St Mall in Denver has raised over $11k in less than 30 days but must raise the remaining $5k in the last seven days to see any of those funds! Day 7 starts today, and the matching funds will definitely help!

We just landed a wedding catering for 200+ in Silverthorne this July, and the lovely couple is willing to pay part of the deposit, up to $3,500, on our Kickstarter! They will match whatever we raise between now and Wednesday at midnight, so get to pledging folks. Let’s do this!

We are putting the food truck down for the rest of the month as we focus on our Kickstarter, which needs your pledge!

We are trying something new for the rest of the week since the food truck didn’t run AGAIN yesterday, such a POS.

So, we’ll deliver to the following locations near our kitchen on 35th & Larimer. You can also call for pick-up at 3462 Larimer St, 80205, if you’re into that sort of thing.

CrossFit LoDo, 2363 Blake Street

CrossFit Verve, 3344 Walnut Street

York St CrossFit, 3758 York Street

We will also deliver in the RiNo District to anywhere from Lawrence to Larimer, North of Broadway.

$25 minimum order and $1 delivery fee per item. Cash only, or pledge to our Kickstarter. We’ll accept cards for orders over $100.

Important: We are not delivering any of the deep-fried items, you’ll have to come find us at an event for that! Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potato Fries, and Chicken Wings are available at Caveman On The Spot indoor events (listed below), and our regular stops Fri-Sun.

Update on Kickstarter project: We are blown away by all the amazing support thus far! We are past the 20% mark for funding, with over $3,600 raised so far. Projects that reach 20% of funding go on to receive 100% of the funds more than 85% of the time!! So, our chances are looking pretty good, but we have a LONG way to go. Let’s keep the dream alive by sharing the project on social media and talking it up around the office. We can do this Paleo people!

Food Truck Down For Lunch, Back Up Tonight @ Infinite Monkey Theorem

Our food truck has an air exhaust issue that will keep us down for lunch today unfortunately. But we’ll have it fixed and ready for Infinite Monkey Theorem tonight, 6-9PM!

And while we’re on the subject of mechanical problems with our food truck, we can talk about our Kickstarter project! The goal is to put a Caveman Cafeteria food stand on 16th St Mall. We need your help with the fundraiser, so please check it out and contribute. We’ll make it worth your while!

Infinite Monkey Theorem is a wonderful urban winery at 32nd+Larimer in Denver. They make all the wine on site, and give great tours of the facility so you should check it out! And we have our food truck there each Friday night, a perfect pairing!

We’ll be doing lunch at CrossFit Verve (33rd & Walnut) each day this month!

We love all the CF boxes of course, but Verve is not only one of the best, it is just 2 blocks from where we park our food truck at night! As you know, the food truck isn’t so reliable, so this is a great option for us during the winter.

Come say hi between 11:30-1PM. We have nice, reusable to-go containers for you too!
